Leadership
Jeff is president of Juniper Re where he uses his experience growing businesses and building collaborative cultures to lead the strategy and execution of Juniper Re, as well as lead the broking discipline.
He has over 25 years of experience with an extensive background in E&S property, and prior to Juniper Re was chief property officer for BMS Re, where he was part of leadership and consulted on all North American property clients and prospects, as well as oversaw the building of analytics capabilities and external communications regarding property offerings. Before that, Jeff spent 21 years at Willis Re, first as a property reinsurance broker in the Philadelphia office before transferring to Atlanta to become the branch office manager and leader of the E&S property practice group. He started his reinsurance career at Sedgwick Re in their New York office.
Jeff is a highly technical reinsurance broker known for his focus on delivering an analytically driven approach to the broking process. Additionally, he has a passion for educating and training new brokers.
Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Michigan and has an ARe designation.
Will is head of broking for Juniper Re where he uses his broad reinsurance broking knowledge to lead the development of innovative solutions for clients. He is located in Boston, Massachusetts. He has 22 years of experience with an extensive background in property reinsurance, and prior to Juniper Re held leadership positions at Lockton Re and Howden Tiger.
Will began his career with Guy Carpenter in San Francisco working primarily on property and casualty business. At Willis, he helped to establish and grow both the Seattle and Boston branches, serving as head of office for the latter. During this time, he also handled the largest property placements in North America.
Beyond his property expertise, Will has vast experience in the MGA, ILS, Cat Bond, and Cyber spaces. Will placed the second fronted ILS transaction for a client at the infancy of the hybrid fronting market and placed the largest cyber treaty in the world at the time of placement. Throughout all of his experience, he has focused on delivering unique solutions to his clients and cultivating relationships across the industry.
Will graduated with a bachelor’s in finance from Santa Clara University in California.
